Broadspectrum is a company that gives back to the community. A key priority at Broadspectrum is ensuring that we engage and connect in meaningful ways with the communities where we live and work. We aim to build sustainable communities as well as a sustainable business.
We currently have over 40 community engagement programmes in place, led and managed by a dedicated team. A significant focus for us is on supporting employment and skills through programmes supporting: work ready skills, work experience, structured workplace learning, traineeships, apprenticeships and educational sponsorship. Partnerships are also key for our success in supporting local communities. We are very fortunate to work with great partners such as Industry Capability Networks to enhance our local procurement and Social Traders to enhance our social enterprise engagements.
Perhaps most important is the work we do to support disadvantaged members of our community and we are proud to work with partners such as YMCA and OZHarvest where we can make true difference to those people within the communities that we work.
