Empowering Māori and Pasifika Communities at Ventia
At Ventia, we believe that diversity is our strength, and that meaningful partnerships with Māori and Pasifika communities are essential to building a more inclusive, capable, and culturally rich workforce.
We’re committed to creating a workplace where Māori and Pasifika people feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. Our approach is grounded in partnership, cultural respect, and a deep belief in the value of diverse perspectives.
Our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in driving these outcomes. From building relationships with iwi and community organisations to designing inclusive recruitment campaigns, our team ensures that Māori and Pasifika candidates are not only welcomed, but championed, through every stage of the hiring journey.
