The Opportunity
Ventia is hiring a Health Coordinator to support the coordination of facilities maintenance within the AGFMA Health Portfolio. This role will serve as the primary point of contact, providing support to both internal and external Ventia stakeholders across the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) sites.

 

The Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia delivers facilities management services to over 5,000 government-owned sites across 48 agencies. Ventia partners with local small to medium businesses to help deliver these services to the South Australian community 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

 

This is a permanent, full-time position based on-site at Flinders Medical Centre in Bedford Park, with responsibilities extending across other SALHN locations.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Act as the main interface for clients and subcontractors, including contractor sign-in, access distribution, end-of-day follow-ups, permit issuing, and compliance management.
  • Provide on-site support to the broader AGFMA Health team and coordinate meetings and schedules.
  • Monitor priority 1 and 2 work orders throughout the day, providing timely updates to Facility and Assets Managers.
  • Maintain accurate AGFMA records and databases through data collection, entry, and updates.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to support operational decision-making within the AGFMA Health team.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between operational delivery and support functions, and perform other reasonable duties as required. 

 

Requirement:

  • Proven ability to manage and maintain databases in computerised systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with required formats and timeframes.
  • Administration professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer and client service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Able to provide a current working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing and able to obtain)
