Ventia is seeking motivated Driller Offsider – Backfill Support Services (BSS) Operators to join our high-performing operations team at Olympic Dam, Roxby Downs, South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery to perform earthworks and other essential tasks.
• Assist in traffic management plans to ensure safe and efficient operations.    
• Support drill rig operations, helping with rig moves and setup.
• Be a part of crane lift operations, setting up and packing up with precision and care.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds an HR synchro/unrestricted driver’s licence (essential).
• Has a Front-End Loader ticket/qualification (essential).
• Has a current First Aid certificate.
• Has experience in labouring and a passion for learning new skills.
• Enjoys working as part of a team, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a mechanical aptitude.
• Is punctual, reliable, and can follow direction with precision.
• Has a strong safety mindset and can handle challenging weather conditions.
• Desirable: Crane, Basic Rigging, Dogman, Backhoe, and Forklift certifications.
