These positions offer Part-Time hours, competitive pay rates, and a choice of day or night shifts to suit different schedules.

Position Title: Train Station Cleaner
Start Date: as soon as possible
Hourly Rate: From $29.73 to $55.58 plus Superannuation
Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time (until July 2026, with possible extension)

Locations & Shift Times

Armadale Station
• Monday to Friday night 11:00 PM – 4:00 AM

• Saturday & Sunday night 11:00 PM – 4:00 AM

• Saturday & Sunday day 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Byford Station
• Monday to Friday day 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM

• Monday to Friday night 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Saturday & Sunday night 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining cleanliness in public areas, platforms, restrooms, and facilities.

Tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash bins, and ensuring a safe and presentable environment for passengers.
Monitor supplies, report maintenance issues, and follow safety protocols.

All applicants must meet the following requirements:
Provide a recent Australian National Police Check (dated within the last 3 months)

Be able to kneel, lift, walk up and down stairs, perform the required cleaning tasks, and stand for 4 hours or more
Successfully pass a medical assessment, as well as random drug and alcohol tests
