Ventia is offering a fantastic entry-level opportunity for four motivated individuals to join our Civil Maintenance Training Program, supporting the Sydney Roads and Asset Performance Contract (SRAPC).

This 12-month program offers hands-on training, real work experience, and the chance to gain industry-recognised tickets, all while earning a competitive hourly rate. No prior experience is required—just your commitment, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Identifies as First Nations (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander)
  • Holds a valid driver’s licence
  • Has a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Committed to completing the full 12-month program
  • Experience in labouring or road work is a plus, but not essential
