Intelligent Transport System's Manager

Are you a seasoned Electrical Engineer? A permanent full-time opportunity on our Sydney Roads and Asset Performance Contract has become available for an ITS (Intelligent Transport System) Superintendent at our Arndell Park site. Bring your expertise and leadership experience to our team!

The Opportunity
Leading a team of technicians, you will ensure that all team members are being managed and supported in their day-to-day, as well as utilising your high-level experience in Intelligent Transport Systems and technical solutions to deliver profitable projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Achieve the delivery of engineering aspects of services and projects through design activities
• Prepare, update and implement the Maintenance Management Plan
• Work with the ITS Lead to; secure external resource, and adopt lessons learnt from past delivery and implementation
• Diagnose delivery related issues and resolves through documentation and escalation
• Prepare the list of deliverables and tasks from the overall delivery and their transfer to the baseline maintenance Schedule
• Liase with the client, site and vendors on aspects of works

Could you be our next ITS Superintendent?

• Tertiary qualification in electrical/control systems/communication engineering
• Experience in Intelligent Transport Systems highly regarded
• Highly driven and motivated individual with leadership experience
• Solid background in Traffic Signals 
• Driver’s license and white card
• Ability to provide outside of hours assistance whenever required
