Maintenance Coordinator

Ventia are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join their team working across their Sydney Roads and Asset Performance Contract. The successful applicant will be offered a full-time permanent position working at their office in Arndell Park.

The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of maintenance activities and minor projects across the contract.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively manage discrete tactical maintenance activities and projects
• Manage day to day planning of the crews activities and maintenance tasks
• Project manage the development and delivery process including environmental approvals, design, utilities management, community consultation and construction delivery
• Be accountable for delivering projects to time, cost and quality requirements
• Be responsible for managing risk through all project phases, building strong relationships with internal enabling functions to ensure project timeframe commitments are met

About You

• Valid Drivers License and White Card
• Experience working within the construction industry
• Demonstrated experience in programming and planning
• Strong problem solving skills and excellent communication skills
• Medium to advanced computer literacy
