The Opportunity
The Administration Manager plays a key role in the growth & development of the F&A team acting as SME for your areas of expertise across the NZ Telecommunications Business.
About You
- Min of 5- 10 years proven work experience in Administration and Management roles
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a geographically dispersed team
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP and Ariba
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills (Microsoft package, Office 365, Teams and SharePoint)
- Must have excellent, fluent written and verbal communication and listening skills
- Excellent time management skills incorporating work activity planning and prioritisation
About the Job
Your Major areas of responsibility include KPI reporting, Month End, acting as SME, championing Best Practice and driving excellent risk and SHEQ performance within the business unit.
