Business Analyst - Fixed Term

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Analyst is responsible for providing detailed reporting on all SOW’s on productivity, KPI compliance, quality and forecasting to the wider project team.

Along with developing analytical solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders. Your skills will allow you to identify opportunities for business improvement and you will partner with the wider team to support initiatives. You will need to understand at a detail level however also be able to step back and consider the big picture.

The role will also be responsible for developing, and producing key operational reports, mapping processes. This person will become a subject matter expert on systems and processes. performing analysis on business performance

This role would be responsible for out of the box solutions, end to end solution from discovery through to Deployment phases

This is a fixed-term opportunity until 30th June 2025.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a tertiary qualification in Business or Information Technology/Systems. Otherwise, previous experience as a Business Analyst. You will be focused, flexible, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude. Strong communication skills are key to your success in this role along with the following: 

• Systems and software – Excel expertise is essential, and Power BI and SQL advantageous 
• A passion for uncovering insights and adding value through analytics
• Must have expert Excel Skills, Advanced knowledge of MS Project and Visio
• Skills in designing business processes and procedures
• Good written and verbal communication skills including report writing
• A practical and proactive approach to getting the job done while working collaboratively
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good to have knowledge of Power Apps, Microsoft forms, and google forms
• Other Tools Like Jira, and MS Planner are added advantage
