An exciting role has become available within the busy and hardworking F and A team of Ventia based in Otara.

 

THE ROLE

 

This role will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the Electrical Services Team based in South Auckland.

 

A typical day at the office will see you doing payroll activities, accounts payable, working and maintaining excel spreadsheets, and enjoying your time with your team. 

 

ABOUT YOU

 

To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the Infrastructure industry; accounts payable experience, confidence in handling excel spreadsheets (intermediate), good customer service skills, an absolute team player with good keyboard and data entry skills, great energy, flexible, ability to work towards deadlines; and has the drive to further yourself by learning new skills and being open to new opportunities or ways of doing things.

 

*Experience working on SAP or similar program is preferred.
