We are looking for a Learning Program Coordinator to join our team in West End Brisbane. The role is full time fixed term until the end May 2026 and offers great flexibility in your hours of work and being able to spread your time between the office and home.

- $89 200 - $94 350 TFR (inclusive of super) – dependent on skill set and experience
- 38 hours a week (flexible hours but predominately within business hours preferred)

About the Role
The role is accountable for coordinating the planning, relationships, curation, reporting, evaluation and improvement of online skills-based short course and microlearning that is delivered within the Sector and enterprise wide (where applicable).
You will predominately be working with LinkedIn Learning, leveraging off the platform’s programs, short courses, self-directed learning etc. to help teams curate structured learning programs relevant to the Sector’s teams.
There are components of –
- Stakeholder Management (i.e. learning program product and deliver partners, subject matter experts, P&C, leadership team)
- Content Coordination ensuring it is relevant, engaging, and accessible to learners
- Communication and Promotion – being creative in generating and distributing promotional materials / campaigns / raising awareness of course offerings
- Cross Sector Collaboration – knowledge sharing and fostering culture of innovation and continuous learnings
- Evaluation and improvements through analysis and feedback and generating regular reports and analytics to track the performance and impact of short course learning programs.
