About the Role
As a planner you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling network maintenance activities under the IR&M contract using AIMS (Maximo) to manage work orders. You will work closely with internal teams (Site Supervisors, Asset Engineers, Project Managers), contractors and the client to ensure timely, compliant and efficient delivery of planned works (preventative and non-preventative maintenance).
You will develop and maintain weekly, bi-weekly and monthly lookahead programs, support network access during closure and ensure compliance with Transurban’s procedures.
Other responsibilities include consistently monitoring and reporting on KPI and work order performance, QA aspects and supporting HSEQ compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
Sound experience as a planner (maintenance planning experience beneficial) with qualifications in administration or related field. You will also have a safety-first mindset and the ability to take ownership of your role.
- Experience with asset management systems (Maximo preferred)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft suite)
