About the Role
As the Project Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with our quality and safety standards, document control functionality and subcontractor management and mobilisation.
Duties will include:
- Maintain control and traceability of all documentation related to the project
- Ensure all documents meet contract, project management plans and project quality plan requirements
- Support project team with document and correspondence management issues
- Subcontractor management and onboarding
- Processing subcontractor claims, variations, progress payments and correspondence related to subcontractors
- Ensuring Visres currency and compliance requirements are maintained
- Supporting the team in all aspects of commercial practices including compliance, contract administration, claims, variations, reporting and financial processes at subcontractor and vendor viewpoint
Required Skills and Experience
- Sound administration experience
- Experience with document control / document management
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite (SAP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and autonomously
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to build relationships with site-based personnel and client representatives
