Your Impact
As the Senior SHEQ Advisor you will –

  • Lead the implementation of SHEQ Management Plans across major contracts
  • Drive compliance with legislation, standards, and best practices
  • Due diligence to ensure the projects are set up for success
  • Build sound relationships to effectively manage subcontractors
  • Facilitate risk workshops and safety training that truly engage teams
  • Investigate incidents and deliver actionable insights
  • Champion mental and physical wellbeing programs
  • Mentor SHEQ Advisors and collaborate with delivery teams, regulators and clients

 

What you will Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Environment or Quality
  • ICAM investigation training (preferred)
  • Lead auditor training (preferred)
  • Current drivers licence and construction white card
  • Strong experience in industrial safety, ideally within utilities or infrastructure
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to influence across all levels
  • Integrity, resilience and drive for excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and meet tight deadlines
