Ventia is offering long-term employment with the NSW Whole of Government Cleaning Contract for people who are looking to enter the Cleaning Industry.

We are looking for people who can work in the following sites:

• Kincumber High School 5am -8am and 3pm – 6pm part time
• Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College Tumbi Umbi 5am – 9am and 2pm – 6pm full time
• Erina High School 2.30pm – 6pm part time
• Gosford Department of Customer Service office 3.30pm – 11pm full time
• Wyong Creek Public School 5.30am -8am part time
• Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College Berkeley Vale 5am – 9am and 2pm -6pm full time
• Kariong Intake and Transit Centre 6am – 1.30pm full time
• Kariong Intake and Transit Centre 10am – 3pm Saturday and Sunday part time

About the role:

Provide high quality cleaning services to Public Schools, TAFE Colleges, and Government Buildings in your local area. Applicants will need reliable transport to and from work. You must be able to clear a national police background check along with a pre-employment medical and Working with Children Check.

Key Duties:

• Cleaning of all touch points (taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles, bathrooms etc)
• Mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
• Tidying external grounds, rubbish collection and leaf blowing
• Maintenance of stock supplies and orders 

Skills & Experience:

• No experience necessary
• Good communication and time management skills
• An eye for detail and proactive approach
• The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

To promote work-life balance, we offer the following shifts:

• Permanent 8-hour positions available for split shifts (Full-time basis, 5am - 9am and 2pm - 6pm)
• Early morning shift: 5am - 9am
• Afternoon shift: 2pm - 6pm
• Casual shifts available in select suburbs
