Project Manager - Delivery of Projects in HV & LV and Pump Control Systems

Confluence Water, the JV of Downer, Ventia & Jacobs, delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services to Sydney Water's North region - stretching from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River, including the Hills Shire.

We are seeking a proven Project Manager with experience in the Delivery of complex HV and LV Electrical Projects. As we are partnering with Sydney Water on rebuilding and maintaining their assets across the North region,  projects will cover all aspects of industrial applications including Control Systems, Switch Gears, Pump Station Upgrades and similar.

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, this presents an excellent opportunity to undertake Construction of Water & Wastewater Projects in a long-term program of works. You will be responsible for the delivery of the project from inception to final stage commissioning whilst focusing on the development and efficient productivity of a growing team.

ABOUT YOU

• Passionate about the Project Management Fundamentals including:- Time, Cost, Schedule, Risk.     
• Demonstrable experience in the delivery of complex HV & LV Projects.
• Solid experience and understanding of project forecasting requirements.
• Can effectively communicate with senior leaders and tradespeople. 
• Exposure to large infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Proven and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and has an appetite for developing others.
