Role Purpose
The Area Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of a defined statement of work/s and or specified client/s in defined locations across multiple work types.
This role is responsible for leading the safety, delivery performance and quality of work from field resources and to meet and exceed all set KPI’s. Working collaboratively and fostering productive relationships with the relevant stakeholders and their respective teams will be critical to ensure that work is completed on time, and within budget.
The Area Manager is expected to build a team who succeed as individuals, actively collaborate with one another and are willing to be part of a culture of knowledge sharing for the benefit of the development of the Telecommunications industry as a whole.

Minimum Skills and Experience
5 - 8 years experience in operational delivery in a complex, multi-faceted organisation.
Leadership and people management experience required.
