​Ventia have a new position for an Executive Remuneration Manager based out of our Cremorne or Sydney offices offering Hybrid working with the expectation of travel when required.

 

The Executive Remuneration Manager will be responsible for Executive Remuneration, including writing board papers, managing and preparing reports, managing remuneration and reward projects and for the strategic management, administration, and compliance of Ventia’s equity programs.

 

Other role responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the grant, vesting, and exercise of Ventia’s equity programs.
  • Partner with external vendors for tax requirements, to manage the Employee Share Scheme administration platform, benchmarking/analysis and best practice.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such Company Secretary, finance and Investor Relations
  • Lead employee communication and engagement through preparing communication materials, conducting employee information sessions.
  • Contribute to and where appropriate write People and Remuneration Committee (PRC) papers providing structured, data driven insights on remuneration matters, and in particular equity plans.
  • Preparation of the Annual Remuneration Report ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to investor communications, notice of meeting resolutions and other AGM material.
     

About You
You will have experience in Executive Remuneration and Equity ideally within a large ASX listed organisation accompanied with:

 

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Experience in preparing remuneration reports, administering equity plans and governance disclosures
  • Ability in translating complex equity programs into clear employee value propositions
