Position Overview

Role: Prison Cleaner
Contract: Casual (with potential for permanent placement)
Pay: $32.31 per hour plus Superannuation
Location: Marngoneet Correctional Centre, Lara, VIC
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 12:00PM

Your Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize offices, reception areas, workshops, bathrooms, and communal spaces
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and surfaces
Perform bio-cleaning tasks when required

What You Will Need

A reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s License
Physical ability to kneel, lift, and stand for extended periods
A recent National Police Check (under 6 months)

Ability to pass a medical assessment and random drug and alcohol testing
