We have an exciting opportunity within the VOC Network and Device Management Service Pillar for a 10 Month fixed-term position as a Level 2 (L2) Network Management. This role is dedicated to the EAS Network Upgrade under the EAS D&C project (CAPEX 3).

About the Role:
- Ensure all network upgrade, configuration, and commissioning tasks are completed according to Methods of Procedure (MoPs) and documentation.
- Regularly communicate with; Customer, EAS NOC, Field Managers and Technicians.
- Assist in updating and creating technical documents.
- Identify potential operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with; Technical Specialists, EAS Engineering team and vendors.
- Investigate, escalate, and resolve any issues arising from upgrades.
About You:
- Proven experience in network operations or telecommunications, with a solid understanding of network upgrades, configuration, and commissioning processes.
- Experience with Linux and Cisco systems, particularly in the context of network operations and troubleshooting.
- Strong background in telecommunications, including knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) technologies and their role in network performance.
- Ability to follow and ensure compliance with procedures and technical documentation.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.
- Previous experience with EAS (Emergency Alert System) projects is highly regarded.
