Join Ventias' a high performing Rigs and Wells Operations team on Barrow Island as a Floorhand working a highly sought after, even time roster!

This role will provide valuable development and progression opportunities for applicants new to the industry and seeking to establish their career as a Floorhand. 

• Casual ongoing work: 15 days on 13 days off roster
• Highly competitive hourly rate plus casual loading 
• Career progression and hands on training by a team who want you to succeed!

Suitable candidates will:

• Have an unrestricted manual driver’s licence 
• Be safety conscious
• Possess mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning new skills
• Be physically fit and enjoy hands-on, physically demanding work
• Be reliable and punctual and able to take direction
• Have a high tolerance to demanding weather conditions
• Enjoy working in a team-focused working environment
• Pass a drug and alcohol test
