Well Integrity Operator

The Role
Ventia are seeking to engage a Well Integrity Operator to join our Rig & Well Services team. Reporting to the Rig Superintendent, this role will see you ensure the integrity of the wells on Barrow Island, WA, including activities such as annulus pressure build ups, injector flow backs, pressure tests, pump testing and more to conform to our client’s Well Integrity and Surveillance Program (WISP).
This role is a casual ongoing position, working 12-hour days on a 2:2 roster FIFO from Perth Airport.
The pay rate for this position is $928.53 per day (including casual loading) and is a flat rate.

Key duties, but not limited to:
- Accurate reporting of the test data & relevant information
- Implement & monitor maintenance programs for field equipment
- Supervision of & delegating the required tasks to any trainees on site
- Ensuring that the program for the job is understood & workable
- Advise the Supervisor of any change in the work program due to unforeseen circumstances
- Ensure that all data collected is relevant, accurate, & stored / filed appropriately
- Perform the onsite operation as per the program in a professional manner whilst maintaining a safe work environment
- Reporting of all near misses & hazardous situations to the Supervisor onsite
Requirements:
- Driver’s Licence – HR Minimum
- Operate a 4WD Vehicle
- Provide First Aid – Senior First Aid is highly regarded
- Previous experience in oilfields or well servicing role – highly desirable
- Strong computer skills with data entry & the MS Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
