Asset Planner

In partnership with Healthscope, Ventia are engaged to provide Hard Facility Management Services to the Northern Beaches Hospital. We’re seeking a permanent full time Asset Planner to be on based on site at the hospital to join our small, friendly team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the Lifecycle, Planned Preventative Maintenance Program and Annual Works Plan in the CMMS.

What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) activity to support contract service delivery including Lifecycle Works, Planned Preventative Maintenance Program, Annual Works Plan and reactive maintenance programs.
- Undertake asset maintenance and performance planning, monitoring, and reporting using QFM.
- Prepare all required contract reporting ensuring accurate and timely reporting on contractual assets, activity and plans.
- Develop data reporting, such as dashboards, to support useful data analytics and support operational service delivery through Power BI.
About You:
The successful candidate will need to undertake a police check, working with children check and reference checks.
- Experience using QFM, CMMS systems and MS Office.
- Experience designing purpose-built dashboards, reports and business performance insights in Power BI is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
