Transport and Servicing Coordinator

In partnership with the Australia Defence Force, we are looking for a Transport and Servicing Coordinator to join the team at HMAS Cerberus located in Crib Point, VIC. 

Reporting to the Transport Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to assist with the provision of effective and efficient delivery of Transport along with providing office administration.

This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage company fleet vehicles, designated Defence fleet vehicles and hired vehicles.
• Manages all functions related to plans, schedules, organising and prioritising multiple requirements within the Transport Fleet.
• Provide a transport booking service for self-drive vehicles, or driver and vehicle.
• Ensure vehicles are issued in a clean, fully functional state, with fuel appropriate to meet the task, with appropriate documentation.
• Ensure vehicle record keeping and documentation is fully maintained and achieved in the appropriate information management systems

Skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience in Transport, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated experience in high volume administration.
• Good communication skills.
• An ability to work flexibly and adaptively within a small team.
