The Role
You’ll be leading a crew of 4 legends, on an exciting and fresh contract. You will be the clam in the storm, the motivator in the morning huddle and the strategist behind the scenes. As the Design Estimator Team Leader, you’ll oversee the day-to-day- operations of our Design Team. You’ll be making sure our team thrives in a positive and collaborative environment. 

About you 
•    A Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
•    5 + years experience on the distribution network, design and estimation background
•    Strong experience leading teams in HV Distribution Environment 
•    Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team 
•    Great communication skills, collaborative leadership style and problem-solving skills 
•    Scoping out project pricing that balances accuracy with value
