Motorway Patroller

Ventia are seeking an experienced Motorway Patroller to join their team working across their Motorways & Tunnels contract. The successful applicant will be offered a full-time permanent contract working on a continuous roster over the M5 Southwest Motorway.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a TMA vehicle to assist with removal of disabled vehicles and obstructions on the motorway
• Operate a tow truck when required to assist the team with any breakdowns or incidents
• Liaise with and support emergency services personnel as required
• Implement traffic control measures where required

About You

• Hold Traffic Guidance Scheme Tickets (TGS)
• Hold an MR Drivers License or higher
• Hold a Tow Truck License
• Operate TMA ticket
• Basic computer skills
• Available to work occasional overtime and on a rotating roster
• An understanding of OH&S, risk management and hazard identification
