Wastewater Reticulation Service Technician

ABOUT THE ROLE

Ventia Water Northland is on the lookout for a Wastewater Reticulation Service Technician to support the Kaikohe team.

Responsibilities include undertaking water and waste/water, reticulation, maintenance, and construction work; both preventative and reactive maintenance, including emergency works.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: 

• 3–5 years’ experience in reticulation maintenance.
• Water and Wastewater tickets preferred.
• Traffic Management knowledge.
• Current First Aid certificate.
• A full and clean NZ Driver’s license is required as a minimum, an HT license is preferred.

The successful candidate will also need to have proven written and oral communication skills, great customer service skills, and the ability to relate with a wide range of people.  Flexibility and great time management skills are also essential qualities for this role.
