General Hand

The Role
In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, Ventia is currently seeking a General Hands to join their Defence Base Services contract located at RAAF Tindal, NT. This is a varied role that would see you doing Stores, Logistics, Furniture movements, pick up and drop off of deliveries, general cleaning. 

Specific requirements of the role will include:

• Assisting with restock, stock rotation, loading and unloading supplies, stores and equipment.
• General hand on site
• Ensuring a high level of customer service is exercised at all times.
   

Skills & Experience:

• Driver’s License and own transport
• Forklift ticket - Preferred 
• Stores/Warehousing experiance 
• Experience with work in a hot and physical environment
