Position: Prison Cleaner
Contract: Permanent Part Time
Pay Rate: $28.72 per hour plus Superannuation
Location: Western Plains Correctional Centre, Lara, VIC
Schedule: Monday to Friday morning from 06:00 to 10:00

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility, including offices, reception, workshops, bathrooms, communal areas, and foyers. 

Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, staircases, and surfaces.
Bio-cleaning will be required at times.

To be considered for this role, you must:
Have a reliable vehicle and a valid Driver’s License
Be physically fit, able to kneel, lift, perform the required duties, and stand for 4 hours or more.
Provide a recent National Police Check (under 6 months)
Successfully pass a medical assessment, as well as random drug and alcohol tests.
