Asset Maintenance Planner

Ventia is looking to employ an Asset Maintenance Planner to support our Asset Engineer in efficiently planning and delivering network maintenance across NSW's motorways and tunnel sites, ensuring adherence to contract specifications. This is a full time permanent role based in Macquarie Park.

What you’ll be doing:
•    Collaborate with asset engineers to plan, schedule, and track maintenance works while ensuring the Asset Management system is up to date.
•    Audit completed work orders to identify opportunities for improvements and address any gaps.
•    Support field staff with Maximo issues and provide additional training when needed.
•    Monitor and report on both planned and non-planned maintenance works to prevent KPI breaches.
•    Track and report incident response KPIs to ensure compliance.
•    Follow up with supervisors to ensure service requests are converted into work orders.
•    Assist contractors with compliance and inductions on both Ventia’s and Transurban’s platforms.

 

About You:
•    Previous experience working with asset management is desirable, but not required.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
