About the Role
Permanent position Monday – Friday | 7.00am – 3.00pm with the occasional overtime

• Assist a broad range of tradespersons across the project from M2 to Lane Cove tunnels
• General labour duties including physical manual work, various landscaping and civil tasks, and other maintenance duties
• Contributing to a culture of 'Safety and Health above all else' by ensuring that safe work practices are always observed by yourself, fellow team members & subcontractors. 
• Demonstrating daily personal behaviour that uphold Ventia values
• Day shift position with the requirement to work 1 week of night shifts each month
• Attend call outs for emergency situations - will attract additional overtime

About You
To be successful, you should have proven experience in a comparable role and excel at collaboration, working effectively as part of a team.

• Hold a current driver’s licence & white card - MR Truck Licence preferred
• Demonstrated experience in general landscaping / civil labour duties. 
• Possess the ability to deliver work under a wide-ranging workload and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including emails and entering data to an asset management system.
• Ability to use whipper snippers, ride on mower & general landscaping tools and equipment.
• Able to work without supervision and to work effectively with both internal as well as external stakeholders. 
• An understanding and commitment to WHS, risk management and hazard identification
