About the role:

Ventia is the largest provider of Defence estate support services and facilities management across Australia. We have over 20 years’ experience delivering base support capability from hospitality to rescue services to warehousing.

 

As a Site Team Leader in our Retail Stores contract, you will be providing logistics support to Defence personnel, leading, and mentoring a team and assisting with the day-to-day warehouse operations. The location runs across two warehouses which are located at Victoria Barracks and Port Melbourne VIC.

 

This Full-time role offers 38 hours a week, from Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm with an attractive pay rate of $36.55 per hour, plus Super.

  • Reporting and administrative duties
  • Supervisory duties
  • General warehouse duties with Forklift operation

  • Warehouse experience
  • Leadership and people skills
  • Forklift experience – Desirable 
  • Defence background – Desirable
  • Must be an Australian citizen and able to complete an Australian Federal Police Check
