As Ventia’s Lifestyle Coordinator, you will deliver health and lifestyle services at the Anglo-American, Middlemount Mine Site Camp. You will work a 7 day on /7 day off, drive in, drive out roster with meals and accommodation provided while on site. The full-time salary for the role is $77,373.40 plus superannuation, annual leave and sick leave are also accrued.

 
Responsibilities

  • Supervise gym & associated facilities and social activities
  • Organise social acticities for village residents
  • Mental Health Check-ins
  • Commuity interaction and event promotions
  • Intervene in any non-safe practices being displayed by users of the facilities
  • Maintain documentation relating to access, services & support
  • Reporting of any safety and maintenance issues of equipment
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, sanitised and stored appropriately.
  • Conduct equipment audit activities and provide any order details as they arise


Experiences & Qualifications

  • Cert III & IV in Fitness is essential.
  • Working with Children Blue Card
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Demonstrated experience in lifestyle services.
