About the roles:
 
We have a unique opportunity for a Business Evolution Program Lead to join our team at Ventia. Based from our beautiful North Sydney Corporate Head Office you will be responsible for the successful execution of a large-scale digital transformation program. 
 
Leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive program plan, governance and reporting mechanisms you will have the ability to make a significant impact in how the Ventia business operates and increase effectiveness across our organisation.
 
Responsibilities:

• Program planning and governance establishing a comprehensive plan including activities, milestones and resource allocation to achieve program objectives.
• Implementation of the program governance framework, oversight, reporting lines and metrics to track progress, identify risk and measure outcomes.
• Monitor program progress, manage and build collaborative stakeholder relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as communication of program status updates to our executive leadership team.
• Drive program delivery excellence fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the program team.
• Define and track benefits, measuring impact and opportunities for optimisation through harmonisation, simplification and scalability.

About You:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience with business process, IT or a related field.
• Formal Project management certifications.
• Proven record in leading complex digital transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing program plans, managing large and diverse teams with exceptional stakeholder management and engagement.
• A deep understanding of project management methodologies and risk management.
• Well developed communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver on multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously meeting deadlines with a high level of detail and accuracy.
