The Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Programs Manager, you will manage performance and reporting to assist our Defence Base Services (DBS) Contract in meeting and exceeding contractual performance obligations.

 

The successful applicant will work closely with Senior Management to address identified areas for improvement to ensure continuous improvement and sustainability of best practice processes is prioritised.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Collate supporting data and report on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) performance for contractual services, submitting results to the client monthly
  • Ensure senior management and finance teams are aware of any potential contractual breaches
  • Manage the reporting, investigation and close out of contract breaches
  • Maintain databases, registers, and procedure manuals relevant to performance and reporting functions
  • Develop performance dashboards for senior management showing overview of KPI performance
  • Actively manage close out of open incidents
  • Review and ensure timely delivery of monthly contractual reports, KPI performance reports, statutory declarations and ad hoc reporting for our client
  • Contribute to the development of toolbox talks and other mechanisms to improve the compliance and culture
  • Conduct KPI performance audits to ensure data accuracy
  • Support the Contract Services Manager as required

  • Proficient in PowerBi – highly regarded
  • Experience in a similar role – highly regarded
  • High level of competency with MS Office suite - Excel in particular
  • Proven ability to work with people from all levels of the organisation, including senior management
  • Results focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative, and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities
