SAED Program Manager

About The Role
The SAED Program Manager primary responsibilities include delivering on project milestones, building strong client relationships, leading and motivating the project delivery teams to meet and exceed on project delivery targets.
They will work closely with SAED Project Managers, Shared Technical Services and National SAED Manager to ensure project needs are met and adequately resourced to deliver forecast body of work via internal resource and/or via SAED panel suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- National SAED project milestone delivery and reporting across several different clients.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure deliverables are achieved as forecast and in line with Client standards and expectations.
- Oversee & guide activities of team to meet contractual requirements, specifications, guidelines and milestones.
- Track completion to schedules and take corrective action where necessary.
- Ensure adequate SAED throughput is achieved for each individual project and financial accountability as it relates to each individual project.
- Delivery of quality designs that are buildable, financially viable and will meet client acceptance requirements.
- Lead & motivate the SAED team to meet or exceed all project targets and objectives.
- Create a positive work environment that supports a friendly and constructive, values-based workplace experience/
- Contribute to project or Gate meetings, update and forecast of SAED deliverables and milestones.
About you
- Have a relevant tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline (property/town planning/engineering/project management).
- Demonstrable experience in all aspects of Wireless infrastructure site acquisition, environmental compliance and design activities, schedules and budgets and within Carrier standards and requirements.
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with financial management, modelling, and forecasting
- Ability to understand and negotiate tenure agreements
- Understanding of the town planning and approval system as it relates to wireless communications
- Ability to guide suitable and financially viable site designs and communicate design solutions to both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Relevant and recent work experience within the Australian telecommunications industry, preferably wireless projects for a major carrier, government, or enterprise radio network.
- Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills; manage customer expectations and effectively communicate to the project teams.
