About the role    
The role will focus on the design, maintenance and improvement of Ventia’s knowledge management portal via SharePoint and the Process Management Portal via Holocentric, by ensuring seamless access to accurate information, intuitive system architecture and efficient workflows.

  • Design, maintain and improve the Knowledge Management system, including the development and management of SharePoint sites.
  • Manage and enhance systems to ensure accurate, up-to-date information, optimal user experience and effective system utilisation.
  • Implement and support system architecture changes to improve efficiency, performance, and usability across the organisation.
  • Respond to and resolve system issues and improvement requests, including technical analysis, stakeholder engagement and business case development.
  • Assist in the design, maintenance and improvement of the Process Management Portal, including the development and management of enterprise process content.
  • Generate and communicate system performance reports using dashboards and external reporting tools as required
  • Collaborate with Digital Services and third-party providers to provision, configure, operate and maintain knowledge management systems and infrastructure, including resolution of technical/operational issues


About You

  • 5 years’ experience in SharePoint system design, development and administration 
  • Qualifications in Business Administration or Information Management Systems desirable
  • Certifications in SharePoint Administrator or Developer and Advanced SharePoint desirable
  • Specific experience within SharePoint online, workflow management, metadata management and intelligent data structuring
  • Advanced technology & professional growth using SharePoint, Holocentric, Power BI, Power Automate, Office 365, PowerShell, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and integration tools
  • Expertise in development of intuitive designs for enhanced user experience
  • Good conceptual and analytical skills, and the capacity to develop solutions
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
