Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments across various service lines to identify skill gaps and training needs for the contract.
- Collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to refine and enhance training programs to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Design and develop training programs to address identified needs and ensure personnel readiness.
- Implement and maintain governance frameworks to manage ongoing training competency and verification processes.
- Uphold training governance, systems, and processes in accordance with Ventia’s standards.
- Develop and execute training curricula across service lines, ensuring effective systems are in place to support these activities.
- Oversee the procurement of external training providers when required.
- Develop PowerBI reports to track and report on training compliance and effectiveness.
Are you the right fit for this role?
- Australian Citizenship is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification as a Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and/or membership in the Association for Talent Development (ATD) is highly regarded.
- Extensive experience in training and development.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs.
- Experience in managing the transition of personnel through training programs.
- Proficiency with training software and tools, such as LMS and e-learning platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess training data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methodologies.
- A deep understanding of training and development principles and best practices.
