About you

• Class 1 Driver’s License with WTR is preferable, and experience with heavy machinery
• A minimum of 3+ year’s experience in chip sealing processes, quality control and a knowledge of industry standards
• Team leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, train and guide
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You’re a can-do person who goes above and beyond to get the job done
• Have a reasonable level of fitness
• Previous experience with RAMM would be advantageous
• A safety-first attitude – for yourself and the public
   

About the Role
We are on the hunt for a motivated and energetic Chip Sealing Operator to join our experienced and successful crew in Puketona. This is a great team environment with a positive attitude and a good   sense of humour, where no two jobs are the same. Hours of work will typically be Monday to Friday with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
