Component Servicing Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Component Servicing Supervisor to join our team in a permanent full-time role supporting our Homes NSW Responsive and Planned Maintenance Services (RAPM) contract. This role is ideal for someone with a trade background with some supervisory experience who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

You’ll be responsible for the coordination, compliance, and oversight of all field works within your designated area, which includes Blacktown to Liverpool to Parramatta.
This position involves managing work orders simultaneously across tenanted properties, so strong organisational, interpersonal skill, and a resilient mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine and in-progress site inspections to ensure subcontractor performance and service quality.
• Oversee planned maintenance and repair works, including audits and resolution of post-work issues.
• Ensure contractual compliance through site assessments and initiate necessary work orders or quotes.
• Manage client requests and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Monitor KPI compliance and provide regular progress updates through detailed reporting.
What we’re looking for:
All applicants will need to undergo a national police check and reference checks.
• Any completed Trade certification
• Demonstrated experience supervising subcontractors and liaising directly with clients
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills—intermediate level in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• A valid C-class driver’s license
