About the Opportunity
Ventia’s Operations Centre is currently seeking x3 enthusiastic individuals to join our team on a casual basis, offering consistent and stable employment. We're looking for vibrant, customer-focused candidates who thrive in a call centre environment. Our modern office is conveniently located in the heart of Parramatta CBD, just steps from public transport.

You’ll work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with rotating rosters from 6am to 11pm, Monday through Sunday.

Your Day-to-Day
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support via phone and email. You'll also assist with administrative tasks related to maintenance work orders. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding service and efficient resolutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling a medium to high volume of inbound calls from diverse clients
  • Providing first-call resolutions and aligning client needs with the right solutions
  • Dispatching work orders and managing service requests
  • Monitoring and managing high-priority and urgent work orders to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records across various systems and databases

 

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or trade coordination is highly desirable
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence with technology and proficient keyboard skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

 

Eligibility
Please note that Australian Citizenship is required for this role due to its involvement with our Australian Defence contract.
