The Opportunity
We’re currently on the lookout for two enthusiastic individuals to join our Case Management team at Ventia’s Operations Centre. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced call centre environment. You'll be based in our modern Parramatta CBD office, conveniently located just minutes from public transport.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Review and verify the accuracy of work orders, correcting any discrepancies
- Proactively manage jeopardy tasks to ensure work is completed on time and within SLA
- Liaise with subcontractors and onsite staff to ensure all work order requirements are fulfilled
- Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and databases
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in customer service, call centres, or trade coordination is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively — both internal and external
- Familiarity with tools like SAP, Freshdesk, Genesys, Power BI, SharePoint, and PowerApps is a bonus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently
Eligibility
Please note that Australian Citizenship is required for this role due to its involvement with our Australian Defence contract.
