Contact Centre Support Coordinator

Your Role:

Our National Contact and Coordination Centre is a centralised hub that co-ordinates all activities for the internal and external contracts that sit within the Ventia banner. The centre operates 24 hour / 7 day a week, 365 days a year.
 

Based in our Parramatta office, we are seeking a Customer Support Coordinator on a fixed term 12-month contract, reporting to the Supervisor Customer Support. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all stakeholders and ensure best practice is always carried out.


Your duties:

  • Respond professionally to high volume inbound calls from a range of customers, as well as outbound calls for contract maintenance area.
  • Provide clear, concise and accurate information relating work requirements to clients, contractors and customers.
  • Maintain complex databases, spread sheets and documents

About you

  • 2 years minimum experience in a contact centre environment
  • Highly desirable if you've worked in insurance, banking, government or dealing with difficult customers/complaints
  • Intermediate/advanced level Microsoft package
