Our 24/7 centre is in the heart of Parramatta CBD, close to public transport. At the Ventia Operations Centre (VOC), we work closely with a diverse range of clients by providing quality customer service via inbound, outbound (no sales) and email correspondence. We have multiple casual positions available working full time hours to start ASAP!
 

What we offer:

  • Competitive hourly pay rate

    • Clerks Award > Adult Level 3 > $34.58

    • Shift loading and penalties will apply for afternoon/night shifts and weekend work.

  • Shifts available across Monday-Sunday:

    • Day shift (6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm).

    • Afternoon shift (3pm-11pm).

A day in the life:

  • Respond to high volume inbound calls from members of the community and provide quality customer service.

  • Make outbound calls to coordinate maintenance activities with subcontractors to discuss work orders to be completed.

  • Case management of service outcomes/managing urgent or high priority work order needing fast resolution.


What we are looking for:

  • First and foremost a good, positive attitude and who can work in a team environment with a willingness to learn.

  • Ability to listen and demonstrate empathy to customers.

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with people from different socio-economic backgrounds.

  • Tech savvy as you’ll be using multiple systems, screens and databases, as well as proficient typing speed.

  • Resilience when dealing with challenging calls.

  • You enjoy a fast paced, high-volume environment.
