Works Coordinator

Ventia, in partnership with Responsive and Programmed Maintenance to Homes NSW (RAPM), is looking for two dedicated and enthusiastic Works Coordinators to join our dynamic team in Parramatta.

What You’ll Be Doing:
•    Supporting the Works Manager and Scheduler by managing work orders and overseeing the full lifecycle of each order through to billing.
•    Collaborating with the safety team to ensure compliance by liaising with subcontractors and uploading mandatory documents.
•    Assisting the program team by managing the responsive inbox, addressing inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, and resolving claims and invoices efficiently.

About You:
•    Previous administrative experience is highly valued.
•    A self-starter who thrives when working autonomously and building strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
•    Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential.
