Schedule & Dispatch Administrator

The Opportunity
To support our Defence Base Services portfolio, the opportunity for an experienced administrator has become available. Joining us as a Scheduling & Dispatch Administrator, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate our work order process for planned or reactive maintenance across various locations.

Primary responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service orders to workforce resources
- Monitor incoming high-priority service orders and coordinate scheduling, and dispatch, of high-priority services orders
- Monitor status of dispatched service orders and communicate with resources to ensure receipt and acknowledgement of dispatched works
- Assist in maintaining scheduling data, including new resources, resource data changes and de-activating resources
- Maintain work schedules for internal and subcontractor resources
- Support Site Operations teams in managing work schedule changes

- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Demonstrates an eagerness to learn
- Attentive to detail
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management as you will be working on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc)
