Subcontractor Coordinator

Ventia in partnership with Responsive and Programmed Maintenance to Homes NSW (RAPM) are seeking a Subcontractor Coordinator to join our team in Parramatta. You will be responsible for the onboarding and compliance management of all subcontractors associated with delivery of the contract.

What you’ll be doing
- Onboarding new subcontractor workers to the requirements of the RAPM contract, ensuring they are setup in the system correctly, inducted and have a valid ID card to deliver services.
- Through the use of the Rapid Global Compliance Tool, ensure all relevant insurances, licences and statutory declarations are in place.
- Communication and training to subcontractors using Contractor Information Bulletins (CIBs).
- Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams, ensuring compliance with Ventia policies and procedures for Subcontractor engagement.
About you
- Experience in subcontractor management, compliance or record keeping is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time frames and prioritise work effectively.
- Sound computer skills including competent using MS Office.
