Position: Train Station Cleaner
Contract: 6-month Permanent Part-Time, with possible extension
Start date: As Soon As Possible
Pay Rate: from $32.46 per hour, plus penalties and Super
Location: Thornlie-Cockburn Train Line
(The specific work location will be provided before your start date)

Shifts: 

• Sunday to Thursday from 22:30 to 03:30 
• Monday to Friday from 22:30 to 03:30
• Friday and Saturday from 22:00 to 03:30

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining cleanliness in public areas, platforms, restrooms, and facilities.

Tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash bins, and ensuring a safe and presentable environment for passengers.
Monitor supplies, report maintenance issues, and follow safety protocols.

All applicants must meet the following requirements:
Provide a recent Australian National Police Check (dated within the last 3 months)

To possess a Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
Be physically fit and able to kneel, lift, walk up and down stairs, perform the required cleaning tasks, and stand for 4 hours or more
Successfully pass a medical assessment, as well as random drug and alcohol tests
