About the Role


This role will see you responsible for the onsite support, leadership & guidance to the Field Delivery Teams, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently with all relevant project details recorded accurately as required. You will be proactive in providing feedback to help field staff in identifying improvement opportunities. There should be a strong safety focus in your Leadership to foster a culture that strives for outstanding safety & quality performance. 

 

Please note a percentage of this position will see you in the field with Operational staff and will require a willingness to travel regionally.

About you 


To be successful this role, you should hold the following skills & experience:

  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience in a similar position leading staff within the Power & Energy sectors.

  • Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent

  • Hold a current driver's licence – HR Desirable.

  • Hold all relevant HRWL’s required in the Power & Energy sector.

  • Hold all relevant certificates & authorisations required in the Power & Energy sector.

  • Relevant industry recognised Frontline Leadership training desirable.
